When your mind is troubled and all hope seems lost
When you feel like there's nothing good left for you in this world
When it feels like your enemies encompass you and there's no way out
When you feel like everyone is making it already but you're still left out.
Remember Psalm 34: 17-20
17Is anyone crying for help? God is listening,
ready to rescue you.
18If your heart is broken, you'll find God right there;
if you're kicked in the gut, he'll help you catch your breath.
19Disciples so often get into trouble;
still, God is there every time.
20He's your bodyguard, shielding every bone;
not even a finger gets broken. (MSG)
Now, you can lift up your head and smile because those that look into him were lightened and they were not ashamed.
